New News!!
WOW!!! So many exciting new things happening I’m not sure where to start….So I’ll just go for it and mention a few things here…
First things first…. I am SOOOOOO happy with the band we are currently building. Lots more shows to come with this group of awesome musicians. I LOVE playing with a band, and these guys are sure to impress…stay posted for shows!
Secondly, “Leaning On The Grace of God” will soon be headed to radio and I am speechless about it!!! Such a great song written by me and my bestie Debbie Pascarella…. Make sure you’re on the mailing list to be notified when it hits airwaves so that you can request it!
On the songwriting front, independent country music artist Nick Nicholson has recorded our song “Fall In Love Again” and is including it on his next album release!!! Keep an eye on this guy….he’s great!

All in all a busy few months…restructure, writing, rehearsals, new band…..I’m exhausted but it will all be worth it in the end!!!

CMA Fest 2011
What a BLAST!!!!! A CMA Fest week full of great shows (mine and others too LOL)….Have I ever told you all how much I LOVE my band??? Some of the most talented guys in town! BIG “Thank You” to all of my fans, Cadillac Ranch, Chases on 2nd Ave, Hotel Indigo, my band, my radio promoter, producer, and stage crew for everything you all did this week!
The NEW single will be coming out towards the end of the summer and I CAN NOT WAIT! Also plans are in the works to get me out and about all over the country soon. 1st stop is Farmington, MO…thanks to some good friends and Froggy 96 I will be opening for Josh Thompson at the St. Francois County Fair this year!!! Check the show tab for other dates and come out to give me a hug…Sometimes a girl just needs a hug right LOL (or a good glass of wine…oh wait, fabulous shoes works too! – hahaha)

Vickie Raye performed this week in NYC at the legendary club The Bitter End as part of New York Song Circle. Sharing the stage with long time hit songwriters such as Hugh Prestwood, and Steve Dorff as well as writer’s on the rise Hugh Colocutt, Kerri Leigh and Craig Wilson. Radio Tour Update
Hey Guys!! Im back from another Radio tour!! This time it was AR, MO, and OK!! All went well, though I must admit that I am EXHAUSTED! The Absentee Shawnee Tribe in OK honored me for our donations of clothing etc to tornado victims and gave us a tour of the damage…..Things like that always remind me how small we are… It was a very very cool experience, and I am so grateful for it!
I performed at Fun on the Farm in Huntingdon, TN at The Dixie Pack Theater. It’s kinda like their version of the Opry! Too cool! They totally treated me like a super star. It was great! My Debut Single “Face” is moving along well too! We’re up to 132 now and pushing hard. Praying for something to happen with this tune for all involved. Im very very excited.
Ok, well I gotta hit the gym and then I’ve got radio calls to make today so I will let you guys go! Thank you for your continued support!! I love every one of you!! And remember to request “Face” from YOUR radio station!!!

Getting back
Hey guys!! It’s been a while I know! The floods here in Nashville came through so fast and time has just been flying by. AS many of you know I put down my guitar for a little while to do my part in relief efforts (about a month now) and it’s time to get back to work!! “Face”, my debut single, hit airwaves a couple of weeks ago and we’re getting ready to head out on phase 2 of radio tours next week. It’s also available right now on iTunes, so check it out and help me keep this dream alive!!!!
I am SOOOO excited. We’re headin’ to OK where we will also be meeting with the absentee Shawnee tribe….VERY COOL….I will be honored by the tribe council for our donations to their tornado victims. Not sure what to expect there but it will be cool no matter what. AS many of you already know, I have a HUGE affinity for all things Native American.
This week is CMA Fest…Or as we Nashvillians like to call it “FanFair”…It should be interesting to see what transpires as Nashville has been changed so much due to all of the flooding. If you’re coming into town be sure to visit me at 12th & Porter Thursday June 10 at 8pm!! I’ll be showcasing for about an hour….Would love to say hey and give you a big hug!!!
